Customer service is of great importance to us and we have competent and reliable office staff who are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 until 16:30 to answer any questions or concerns you may have whether you are a potential or existing customer.
If your enquiry requires an Engineers assistance and we have none available in the Laboratory at the time of your call, then your information will be passed on to the appropriate Engineer who is contactable by mobile and email at all times and will answer your enquiry as soon as possible.
